OUR GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE :

- Every creation on our web site is an original work of art.
Each painting is sold with a
"certificate of authenticity".
2 - We will confirm the
reception of your order by
sending you an email, once we have checked that the work of art is
available and the payment in Euros
(by check or by transfer) is valid.
3 - The price (in euros)
on your order corresponds
to the total amount due to us, which includes the price of the work
of art and the packing and shipping costs.
For the countries of the European Union, the prices are inclusive of
tax
(For the others countries, the purchaser to make inquiries about tax
to pay it).
4 - Transport:
The international delivery (by
Post, UPS or DHL) will take place during working hours, at the
delivery address you will have mentionned, with an average delay of
3 to 15 days following the date of confirmation of your order.
The
transfert of risks concerning the creations you have purchased
happens
as soon as it is handed over to the carrier.
You are supposed, in case of dereliction or damage, to express
precise
and detailed reservations to the carrier at time of delivery or during the
three following days at the latest (except public hoilidays)
by mail or email to lejardindesarts-reunion.com
5 - The contract is ruled by the French Law. We commit to respect
every legal guarantee that you might assert. The creations displayed
on our web site being conform to the prescriptions of the French law,
we will not be responsible for the violation of the law of the
shipping country. Consequently, we invite you to make yourself
acquainted with the law prevailing in the shipping country.
6 - The artist, for having taken the initiative his/her creation,
remains the holder of the royalties on his creation, in the sense of
the French Law.
The rights of representation and reproduction of the creations
available on the lejardindesarts-reunion.com web site belong to the
artist and
to lejardindesarts-reunion. Their mutual authorization is necessary for
any commercial use of these rights. Your rights on the creation are
thus limited to a private usage, excluding any right of
representation and reproduction.
Warning: in order to protect the artist from
illegal copying and reduce
downloading time to an acceptably short
time, while at the same time showing
the paintings on the entire
screen, the files are highly compressed.
This compression does not
always allow the representations of the paintings
to reveal the
beauty and richness of the original paintings !
